Teostra is a classic Elder Dragon surrounded by an aura of explosive Blast dust and flames. Its Supernova attack deals massive area damage if you cannot escape in time. Water and Ice weapons are most effective, and bringing Blast Resistance or Fireproof Mantle helps survive its explosive powder cloud detonations.

  1. 1Supernova is telegraphed by a brief hover -- sheathe and dive or Wirebug away immediately.
  2. 2Water and Ice weapons deal the most damage across all hit zones.
  3. 3Blast Resistance 3 negates Blastblight entirely -- highly recommended.
  4. 4Breaking its head reduces the flame aura, making melee safer.
  5. 5Flash Bombs interrupt the Supernova if timed correctly during the windup.
