Maximize your exploration in Wuthering Waves with tips on collectibles, traversal, and hidden secrets.

Treasure Chests & Supply Pods

1Treasure chests are scattered across every region and contain Shell Credits, upgrade materials, and premium currency.
2Supply Pods glow with a distinct light and often require solving a puzzle or defeating enemies to unlock.
3Use the Sensor ability to detect nearby chests and collectibles on your minimap.
4Some chests are hidden behind destructible walls -- use heavy attacks or echo abilities to break them.
5Revisit areas after unlocking new traversal abilities to find previously inaccessible chests.
6Check behind waterfalls, inside caves, and on top of high structures for hidden chests.

1Each region has an exploration progress percentage tracked in the map menu.
2Collectibles include Lament items, journal entries, Sonance Caskets, and viewpoints.
3Activating Resonance Beacons (fast travel points) counts toward exploration progress.
4Completing region-specific puzzles rewards premium currency and materials.
5Use the interactive map in-game to track which collectibles you have already found.
6Reaching 100% exploration in a region grants significant rewards including premium currency.

1Use the grappling hook to reach high places and cross gaps quickly.
2Gliding consumes stamina -- manage it carefully when traversing long distances.
3Wall running allows you to scale vertical surfaces when regular climbing is too slow.
4Some areas require specific Resonators with unique traversal abilities to access.
5Stamina food items can extend your exploration range before needing to rest.
6Look for air currents (Aero drafts) that launch you upward for free height gain.

1Defeated enemies have a chance to drop their Echo -- look for the glowing orb.
2Higher-difficulty enemies have better Echo drop rates and higher-quality stats.
3Echo absorb requires getting close and holding the absorb button during the window.
4You can only carry a limited number of each Echo type -- manage your Echo inventory.
5Certain rare enemies spawn at specific times of day -- check the in-game clock.
6Boss Echoes (cost-4) are guaranteed drops but have weekly reset timers.

1Huanglong region: Rich in Spectro and Fusion resources. Start exploring here for early-game materials.
2Gorges of Spirits: High-level Electro enemies. Bring Glacio characters for elemental advantage.
3Desorock Highland: Home to rare mineral deposits used for weapon ascension.
4Whining Aix Moor: Havoc-dominant region. Spectro characters perform well here.
5Port City of Guixu: Coastal area with underwater secrets accessible through diving.
6Dim Forest: Dense vegetation hides many chests. Use Sensor frequently.
