Malzeno is the flagship Elder Dragon of the Sunbreak expansion, a vampire-like wyvern that drains life energy through Bloodblight. Its attacks become faster and more lethal as it absorbs energy from hunters. Flinch Free prevents its grab attacks, and aggressively attacking while Bloodblighted lets you heal through damage dealt.

1. 1When afflicted with Bloodblight, attack aggressively -- you heal by dealing damage.
2. 2Flinch Free skill prevents its devastating grab and drain attack.
3. 3Dragon element weapons deal the highest damage to Malzeno.
4. 4Watch for the crimson glow -- it telegraphs its most powerful attacks.
5. 5Break its tail to reduce the range of its sweeping tail combo.
