Platinum

3,500 -- 6,999 RP3 divisions

High-level gameplay with strong mechanics from most players. Expect piece control, retakes, and smart rotations.

Master piece control -- own every build around your opponent.Practice endgame scenarios in zone wars creative maps.Develop awareness of when to fight vs. when to disengage.

Diamond

7,000 -- 12,999 RP3 divisions

Top-tier ranked gameplay. Players have excellent aim, building, and game sense. Every mistake is punished.

VOD review your games to identify mistakes.Develop consistent landing spots and early-game routines.Communication and team coordination become essential in squads.

Elite

13,000 -- 24,999 RP3 divisions

Near-professional level. Lobbies are stacked with top players. Consistency and mental resilience are key.

Champion

25,000 -- 49,999 RP3 divisions

Top 1% of players. Every game is a competitive match. Strategic play and team synergy are paramount.

Unreal

50,000+ RP

The highest rank in Fortnite. Only the best players reach this tier. You are competing with professional and semi-professional players.

RP System

How RP Works

  • 1Ranked Points (RP) determine your rank.
  • 2Earn RP through placement (surviving longer) and eliminations.
  • 3Higher ranks require more RP to progress.
  • 4You lose RP entry cost (bus fare) each game -- higher ranks cost more.
  • 5Positive RP = climb. Negative RP = derank.

RP Sources

  • 1Placement: Top 25 = bonus RP, Top 10 = large bonus, Victory Royale = maximum.
  • 2Eliminations: Each kill gives RP, with diminishing returns after 5+ kills.
  • 3Assists: Half the RP value of a full elimination.
  • 4Multipliers: Higher placement multiplies your elimination RP.
  • 5The best strategy is consistent top-10 finishes with 3-5 eliminations.
