Gold Hoarders
Trading Company -- Gold
The Gold Hoarders are obsessed with treasure and riches. They send pirates on voyages to dig up buried chests, solve riddle maps, and raid treasure vaults. As you level up, voyages become more complex with multi-step maps and higher-value loot.
Order of Souls
Trading Company -- Gold
The Order of Souls is a mystical faction that tasks pirates with defeating skeleton captains and collecting their enchanted skulls. Voyages involve combat-heavy encounters with increasingly difficult skeleton waves and boss captains.
Merchant Alliance
Trading Company -- Gold
The Merchant Alliance focuses on trade and logistics. Pirates are tasked with capturing and delivering animals, transporting cargo, and managing commodity trade routes. Time-sensitive deliveries and careful cargo handling are key.
Reaper's Bones
Trading Company -- Gold
The Reaper's Bones is a PvP-focused faction based at The Reaper's Hideout. They accept any stolen treasure and reward pirates who sink other ships and steal their loot. Their emissary flag is visible to all on the map, inviting combat.
Athena's Fortune
Pirate Legend Faction -- Gold
Athena's Fortune is the elite faction available only to Pirate Legends (players who reach level 50 in three trading companies). They offer the most challenging voyages combining elements from all other factions with legendary rewards.
Hunter's Call
Trading Company -- Gold
The Hunter's Call is a fishing and cooking-focused faction. Pirates earn reputation by catching and selling fish, cooking meat, and delivering rare catches to seaposts. Trophy fish and rare variants give the most reputation.
Bilge Rats
Adventure Faction -- Doubloons
The Bilge Rats are a rowdy group that runs special events, limited-time adventures, and commendation-based challenges. They reward Doubloons for completing unique tasks like solving puzzles, fighting world events, and exploring hidden areas.
Sea Dogs
Arena Faction (Retired) -- Gold
The Sea Dogs ran The Arena, a competitive PvP game mode where crews raced to collect and sell treasure. Though The Arena was retired in Season 6, the Sea Dogs legacy lives on through cosmetics and commendations earned during its run.
