Elite cannibal with gold mask. Very aggressive and durable. Commands other cannibals.

Camouflaged in mud. Hard to spot until they attack. Blends with environment.

Two cannibals fused together. Fast and relentless with dual attacks.

Large mutant with finger-like appendages. Charges and stomps.

Blob-like mutant that splits into smaller creatures when damaged.

Small, fast creatures that attack in swarms. Extremely unsettling.

Large slug mutant that inflates and explodes, dealing area damage.

Friendly NPC companion. Follows orders and helps with tasks. Cannot fight.

Three-legged, three-armed mutant. Initially shy but can be befriended over time.

End-game boss found in the final cave. Requires Golden Armor to access.

Large mutant with multiple arms. Charges and swings wildly.

Spider-like mutant with multiple legs. Fast movement and jump attacks.
