Large floating mob that shoots explosive fireballs. Fireballs can be deflected back. Cries constantly.

Tips & Strategies

1. 1Hit fireballs back with any attack (sword, arrow, even a fishing rod) to reflect them
2. 2Reflecting a fireball back kills a ghast in one hit and earns an achievement
3. 3They have only 10 HP -- a single arrow kills them despite their size
4. 4Ghast tears are essential for brewing Regeneration potions and End Crystals
5. 5Build 3-block-high walls around nether portals to protect against ghast fireballs

Fun Facts

• 💡Ghasts are 4x4x4 blocks in size, making them one of the largest mobs
• 💡Their crying sound is actually a sleeping cat sound recorded by C418
