Ramuh is the ancient Eikon of Lightning, Dominated by Cidolfus the Outlaw who leads a rebellion against the oppressive use of Bearers. His lightning abilities provide excellent ranged options, with Thunderstorm creating persistent damage zones and Judgment Bolt striking all enemies in a wide area.
