Co-op (Passive)A covenant for those who need protection. When invaded, Blue Sentinels and Blades of the Darkmoon are automatically summoned to defend you.
How to Join
Given by Emma at the High Wall of Lothric after defeating Vordt.

Blue Sentinels
Co-op (Auto-summon)Guardians who are auto-summoned to protect Way of Blue members from invaders. Functionally identical to Blades of the Darkmoon.
How to Join
Given by Horace the Hushed at the Halfway Fortress in the Road of Sacrifices.

Blade of the Darkmoon
Co-op (Auto-summon)An elite order serving Gwyndolin. Auto-summoned to defend Way of Blue members. Same function as Blue Sentinels but with a different covenant item source.

Given by Company Captain Yorshka at the top of the tower behind Anor Londo (accessible via invisible walkway).

Warriors of Sunlight
Co-opThe iconic Sunbro covenant. Place your golden summon sign to help other players defeat bosses. Earn Sunlight Medals through jolly co-operation.
How to Join
Found at the Undead Settlement, on a broken altar near the cliff overlooking the giant's tower.

Mound-makers
PvP (Wild Card)The wild card covenant. As a mad purple phantom, you can kill the host OR help kill enough phantoms. You are hostile to both host and invaders -- true chaos.
How to Join
Join through the cage on the back of a cage-bearing hollow in the Undead Settlement (requires NOT killing the Curse-Rotted Greatwood first). Or from Hodrick via Sirris questline.

Rosaria's Fingers
PvP (Invasion)An invasion covenant dedicated to Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth. Invade other worlds as a red phantom to collect Pale Tongues. Rosaria also allows stat reallocation and appearance changes.
How to Join
Join by speaking to Rosaria in the Cathedral of the Deep upper level (accessible by walking across rafters).

Aldrich Faithful
PvP (Auto-summon)Protectors of Aldrich who are auto-summoned to the area between Pontiff Sulyvahn and Anor Londo. This is the most active PvP area in the game -- expect constant invasions.

Found in the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley water reserve area, after the Pontiff Sulyvahn bonfire.
