Zombie

Any weapon; melee kills instantly. Ideal Flame Belch and Chainsaw fodder.
Soldier (Shield)

Plasma Rifle breaks shields quickly. Blood Punch also strips shields.
Soldier (Blaster)

Any weapon; Combat Shotgun or Heavy Cannon dispatches quickly.
Unwilling

Any weapon; extremely fragile. Chainsaw for guaranteed ammo drops.
Gargoyle

Lock-on Rocket or Ballista for flying targets. Sticky Bombs work well.

Sticky Bomb or Arbalest shot into the mouth for instant stagger and Glory Kill.

Crucible for instant kill. Otherwise, Lock-on Rockets + Chaingun Shield to close distance.
Tyrant

Chaingun Mobile Turret for sustained DPS. BFG for instant chunk damage. Keep distance.
