Body (6)
Painkiller
Unlocks slow health regeneration in combat.
The foundation of Body survivability. Passive health regen lets you sustain through extended firefights.
Die! Die! Die!
+10% damage with shotguns and LMGs. +30% dismemberment chance.
Core perk for heavy weapons users. More damage and the satisfying visual of enemies being torn apart.
Wrecking Ball
Strong attacks with blunt weapons deal +25% damage and stagger.
Essential for Gorilla Arms and blunt weapon builds. Staggers even heavy enemies with strong attacks.
Army of One
+10% damage and -10% damage taken for each enemy in 6m range.
Get stronger when surrounded. Rewards aggressive play by boosting damage in close-quarters combat.
Quake
Landing from height creates a shockwave that knocks down and damages nearby enemies.
Capstone Body perk. Combine with double jump for devastating ground-pound attacks on groups of enemies.
Like a Feather
-15% ranged weapon recoil. Improves weapon handling while moving.
Smoother gunplay while on the move. Helps maintain accuracy during run-and-gun combat scenarios.
Reflexes (6)
Slippery
Dodging costs 30% less stamina. Dodge distance +15%.
Foundation of Reflex mobility. More dodges and further distance makes you harder to hit.
Air Dash
Perform a dash while in mid-air. Can be done once per jump.
Game-changing mobility perk. Mid-air dash changes traversal and combat movement dramatically.
Bullet Deflect
Block incoming bullets with melee weapons. Deflected bullets damage enemies.
Turn enemy gunfire against them. Blocking with katanas or melee weapons sends bullets back to shooters.
Flash of Steel
+15% attack speed with blades. +25% crit chance on blade attacks from behind.
High-tier blade specialization. Faster swings and devastating backstab crits for katana users.
Finisher: Live Wire
Unlocks a dash finisher that hits all enemies in a line for massive damage.
Capstone Reflex perk. A spectacular dash attack that cleaves through multiple enemies in one motion.
Head to Head
+30% headshot damage with pistols and revolvers.
Essential for Gunslinger builds. Massive headshot bonus makes every aimed shot devastating.
Technical Ability (5)
Bolt
Tech weapons charge 20% faster. Charged shots penetrate 1 additional layer.
Foundation of tech weapon mastery. Faster charging and better penetration for wall-bang shots.
License to Chrome
+40 cyberware capacity. Unlocks Skeleton, Nervous System, and Integumentary slots.
Critical perk for any build relying on cyberware. More capacity means more implants installed simultaneously.
Chain Lightning
Charged tech shots chain to 2 nearby enemies. +20% electrical damage.
Tech weapons hit multiple targets. Charged shots arc to nearby enemies for area-of-effect damage.
Edgerunner
Allows exceeding cyberware capacity by +50. Over-limit causes 0.5% max HP loss per point.
The iconic perk that pushes your chrome past limits. More cyberware at the cost of health, like a true edgerunner.
Shock Value
Fully charged tech shots apply EMP effect, disabling enemy cyberware for 5s.
Disable enemy cyberware with charged shots. Shuts down enemy abilities and makes them vulnerable.
Cool (6)
Killer Instinct
+25% damage with silenced weapons and knives. +20% headshot damage from stealth.
Core stealth damage perk. Every silenced weapon becomes more deadly, especially on unaware targets.
Ninjutsu
Crouching sprint makes no noise. +15% movement speed while crouched.
Silent and fast while crouched. Essential for stealth infiltration without alerting patrols.
Deathbolt
Killing an enemy from stealth restores 30% HP and +10% movement speed for 5s.
Sustain through stealth kills. Each elimination heals and speeds you up for the next target.
Focus
Headshots slow time by 40% for 2 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times.
Landing headshots triggers bullet-time. Chain headshots to maintain perpetual slow-motion combat.
Feline Footwork
Dodge distance +20% while in stealth. Silent landing from any height.
Enhanced stealth mobility. Longer dodge distance and silent landings for rooftop assassin gameplay.
Deadeye
Removes damage falloff from all weapons. +20% all damage when at full stamina.
Capstone Cool perk. Full damage at any range and a powerful bonus when at max stamina. Incredible for snipers.
Intelligence (6)
Hack Queue
Allows queuing multiple quickhacks on the same target simultaneously.
Foundation of advanced Netrunner play. Stack multiple quickhacks for devastating combo effects.
Queue Mastery
Each quickhack in the queue costs 20% less RAM. +15% quickhack damage.
More efficient hacking chains. Reduced costs let you execute longer quickhack combos before running dry.
Overclock
Use HP instead of RAM for quickhacks. +30% quickhack damage during Overclock.
Sacrifice health to keep hacking. Incredibly powerful with health regen cyberware for unlimited quickhacks.
Data Recycler
Quickhacks that spread to new targets refund 25% of their RAM cost.
Spreading quickhacks become more efficient. Makes Contagion and other spreading hacks extremely cost-effective.
Counter-a-hack
When an enemy Netrunner tries to hack you, automatically upload a quickhack on them.
Capstone Intelligence perk. Enemy hackers taste their own medicine when they try to breach your ICE.
Sublimation
+3 RAM recovery rate. Speeds up RAM regeneration during and out of combat.
Faster RAM regeneration for sustained hacking. More RAM recovery means less downtime between hack chains.
